Don't waste your beautiful wooden serving board by hiding it in the cupboard and only bringing it out on special occasions. Instead, use one side as a serving platter and use the other side as a chopping board. That way you also get to enjoy the beauty of the natural grains of the wood which will always differ on each side of the board. As seen in the image above, each side of the same board is totally different - it's like having two boards in one!
