|If your shipping destination is not an option in the checkout please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear list of what you would like to order along with your shipping address, and we would be happy to quote you.||
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations unless the product arrives damaged.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
If your board arrives damaged please notify us within 48hrs, providing evidence of damage to packaging and board. Once you have provided photos of the damage we will discuss a course of action. Please note, refunds, excluding delivery charges, will only be provided once original board and packaging have been returned to us at your cost.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Timber Alley is not responsible for delays due to customs.
We do not refund for lost or stolen packages.
If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us prior to finalizing your purchase regarding the rate.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.
We will not be responsible if the postal service has left a notification and items were not recovered from your local office.
Additional policies: We aim to display the colors and finish of the products as accurately as possible, however resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, the accuracy of colors and finish cannot be guaranteed.
